Things do not stand still at Cottesbrooke and the gardens today are quite different to those that won the Christies Garden of the year award in 2000. Group tours are available with Phylip, the Head Gardener, contact us for more information.

Cottesbrooke Gardeners’ Fair champions the slow gardening movement: hand-picked, knowledgeable growers, and authentic artisans. Buying from these growers and makers is a horticultural/knowledge experience, not simply a retail transaction.

Formed a stunning collection of British Sporting Art at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. The collection is probably the best of its kind in Europe.

Try a mexican treat from Chilli Gone Barmy or a buffet salad lunch or sandwiches and snacks at The Chopping Block food marquee. For those with a sweet tooth, enjoy the Whip and Flip Creperie, creamy ice cream from Gallone's, strawberry's and cream from Farndon Fields Farm shop and posh tea's served in china from the team at The Red Lion, East Haddon.

Our team of knowledgeable guides will be able to impart a unique understanding of the building, its history and the contents.

Visitors to this year’s Fair can also enjoy a selection of talks from leading gardening experts throughout the weekend covering a wide range of subjects.
Book tickets to hear a talk from three of the UK’s most celebrated garden designers - Chris Beardshaw, Cleve West and James Alexander-Sinclair - and The Telegraph's Helen Yemm.
